CHILD LABOR-CONVENIENCE STORES                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the provisions of the Child Labor Law prohibiting a  minor      
   under  16  years  of  age from working at a filling station or service      
   station.  Creates an exception for a 15 year old minor who works at  a      
   convenience  store if the employment does not require the operation of      
   gasoline pumps.                                                             
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything and inserts language creating an exception for      
   the employment of a minor in a convenience store with  gasoline  pumps      
   during daylight hours if specified conditions are met.
