Requires the Department of Public Aid to establish a demonstration program for reimbursing nursing homes, hospices, and home health providers for the reasonable costs of providing nurse and certified nurse aide training education. Requires the Department of Public Health to develop plans for certain strategies to recruit and retain nurses and certified nurse aides, including a public education campaign and the award of grants to eligible entities.
