Deletes language providing that a group may not adopt an interstate highway for purposes of litter collection. Provides that a group may not allow a person under the age of 18 to collect litter along an interstate highway. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Department of Transportation) There will be a minimal fiscal impact on the Department as a result of increased administrative responsibility for the Adopt-A-Highway program.
