USE-OCC TAX-GASOHOL-EXEMPTION                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service  Use  Tax  Act,  the  Service      
   Occupation  Tax  Act,  and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.  Extends      
   the 30% tax  reduction on sales of gasohol to January  1,  2008  (now,      
   ends July 1, 2003).  Effective immediately.
