Provides that in addition to furnishing updated voter registration information to the State Board of Elections within 10 days after December 15 and May 15 each year, county clerks and boards of election commissioners must furnish updated voter registration information to the State Board of Elections within 7 days after each registration period is closed. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Election Code. Requires updated voter registration information to be provided to the State Board of Elections within 10 days (instead of 7 days) after each registration period is closed.
