Short description: 
VEH CD-MOTORCYCLE HELMET-MINOR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require  every  operator  and      
   passenger  younger  than 18 years of age on a motorcycle, motor driven      
   cycle, or motorized pedalcycle to wear a helmet.                            
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Transportation)                           
          There will be no fiscal impact to this Department.                   
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Office of Illinois Courts)                            
          It has been determined that HB3084 would neither increase nor        
          decrease the number of judges needed in the State.                   
          STATE MANDATES NOTE (Dpt. of Commerce and Community Affairs)         
          In the opinion of the Department of Commerce and Community           
          Affairs (DCCA), HB 3084 does not meet the definition of a State      
          mandate under the State Mandates Act.
