Short description: IDPH-ANALYZE DATA-REPORTS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to analyze data that are routinely collected by the State (whether collected on the State's initiative, or as part of a nationwide process) and that concern matters related to the public health. Requires the Department to annually report the results of the analysis to the Governor, the General Assembly, appropriate State agencies, county and other local health departments, and the general public.
