CDB-PARKS COLLEGE REDEVLPMNT                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Capital Development Board Act to require  the  Capital      
   Development  Board to make grants to the Cahokia Development Authority      
   for the purchase and  redevelopment  of  the  Parks  College  Site  in      
   Cahokia,  Illinois  and  for  converting  it  into  a  technology park      
   incubator education facility.  Effective immediately.
