Provides that while an order for child support may be modified or terminated only as to installments accruing after due notice pursuant to certain requirements, an exception shall be made for any petition that seeks to collect a portion of a workers' compensation settlement, personal injury settlement, or other settlement for child support pursuant to other provisions of the Act. Effective immediately.
