Provides that in order to be eligible for services under the Community Care Program, subject to certain exemptions, a person's interests in non-exempt assets must be less than $15,000. FISCAL NOTE (Deparment on Aging) The average cost of serving a CCP client for one year is $5,034. Therefore, this bill will initially cost the State an estimated $20,214,800.
