Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General  Revenue  Fund  to  the      
   Environmental   Protection   Agency  for  grants  to  the  Village  of      
   Washington Park for sewer repair and construction. Effective  July  1,      
   2001.
