HIGH ED-DUAL ENROLLMENT PROGRM                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Board of Higher Education Act.  Allows  the  Board  of      
   Higher  Education,  in cooperation with the Illinois Community College      
   Board, to establish a pilot program that would  enable  a  student  to      
   hold  dual  enrollment  status by attending a public community college      
   and a public university at the same time.
