Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  Makes a technical change  in  a  Section      
   concerning the State aid formula.                                           
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything after the enacting clause.  Amends  the  State      
   aid  formula  provisions  of  the  School Code.  Provides that for the      
   2001-2002 school year and each school year thereafter, the  foundation      
   level of support is $4,600 (instead of $4,425). Effective July 1,           
   2001.
