Makes a technical change in a Section concerning children with disabilities. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 105 ILCS 5/14-1.11b Adds reference to: 105 ILCS 5/14-7.03 from Ch. 122, par. 14-7.03 Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Provides that reimbursement claims filed on behalf of special education programs housed in county-owned shelter care facilities shall be on an individual basis for eligible students with disabilities.
