Short description: 
CRIMINAL LAW-TECH                                                          

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.  Makes a technical change      
   in a Section relating to prisoner records maintained by the Department      
   of Corrections.                                                             
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
           730 ILCS 5/3-5-2                                                    
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          720 ILCS 5/11-11                from Ch. 38, par. 11-11              
          720 ILCS 5/12-14                from Ch. 38, par. 12-14              
        Deletes everything.  Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.   Provides      
   that  the  offense  of  sexual  relations within families is a Class 2      
   (rather than a Class 3) felony.  Provides that, if  a  person  commits      
   criminal  sexual assault, and the person is related to the victim, the      
   person is guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
