CHILD LABOR-LEADERSHIP PROGRAM                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Child Labor Law.  Provides that nothing in the Act may      
   be construed to prohibit a not-for-profit group that offers leadership      
   programs from providing transportation and nominal  gifts  to  program      
   participants.
