Short description: UNBUNDLED SERVICES Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Public Utilities Act to provide for the provision of unbundled delivery services by entities other than electric utilities and alternative retail electric suppliers. Establishes criteria that must be met to obtain a certificate of authority as a provider of unbundled delivery services. Establishes the service obligations of providers of unbundled delivery services and provides for oversight by the Commerce Commission. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Commerce and Commission) ICC estimates no fiscal impact on State revenues from HB 952.
