REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS-TECH                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987.  Makes technical changes      
   in a Section concerning the short title.                                    
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          225 ILCS 60/1                                                        
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          5 ILCS 80/4.13                  from Ch. 127, par. 1904.13           
          5 ILCS 80/4.23 new                                                   
        Replaces everything  after  the  enacting  clause.    Amends  the      
   Regulatory  Sunset  Act.   Extends  the  sunset  date  of  the Funeral      
   Directors and Embalmers Licensing Code to January 1, 2013.   Effective      
   immediately.
