VEH CD-DRIVING WHILE UNINSURED                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Vehicle  Code.   Provides  that  lack   of      
   knowledge  that  the vehicle is uninsured is not a defense to a charge      
   of operating an uninsured vehicle.  Effective immediately.
