PARKER. 625 ILCS 5/11-1201 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1201 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, for a second or subsequent violation of the provision establishing procedures to be followed at a railroad grade crossing, the Secretary of State shall (rather than may) suspend the offender's driving privileges for a minimum of 6 months. Provides that, as a condition of reinstating those privileges, the Secretary shall require the offender to participate in a driver remedial or rehabilitative program. Effective immediately.
