BURZYNSKI.

   815 ILCS 505/2            from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 262                        

        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Makes technical changes in a Section defining unlawful practices.           
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          815 ILCS 505/2                                                       
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          815 ILCS 505/2MM new                                                 
        Deletes everything.  Amends  the  Consumer  Fraud  and  Deceptive      
   Business Practices Act. Makes it an unlawful practice to claim to have      
   the  authority  to acquire an estate, interest, or easement in another      
   person's property by eminent domain,  without  having  eminent  domain      
   authority, when offering or negotiating the acquisition of the estate,      
   interest, or easement.
