   815 ILCS 505/2MM new                                                        

        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Provides that indemnification contracts may not require a party to the      
   contract  to  indemnify  another for losses to the extent those losses      
   are not the fault of the  party  obligated  to  make  indemnification.      
   Effective immediately.
