CRONIN. 105 ILCS 5/18-8.05 Amends the School Code. Changes how average daily attendance is compiled under the State aid formula. Allows pupils regularly enrolled in a public school (or a pupil who on a particular day attends) for only part of the school day to be counted on the basis of the proportion of minutes of school work completed that day to the minimum number of minutes that school work is required to be held that day (now, allowed only if the pupil is enrolled in a block-schedule format of 80 minutes or more of instruction, otherwise the pupil is counted on the basis of 1/6 day for every class hour of instruction of 40 minutes or more attended pursuant to the enrollment).
