   RAUSCHENBERGER-RONEN-SULLIVAN, HALVORSON AND DEL VALLE.

(NOVAK-CURRIE-SMITH,MICHAEL-BOLAND-YARBROUGH)

   20 ILCS 687/6-6                                                             

        Amends the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal               
   Resources Development Law of 1997. Distributes the Energy Efficiency        
   Trust Fund money to programs for the benefit of customers rather than       
   to the customers directly. Adds using market incentives to encourage        
   energy efficiency to the list of projects eligible for grants.              
   Effective immediately.
