WOOLARD. 625 ILCS 5/3-806.3 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-806.3 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that commencing with the 2003 registration year, the $24 annual motor vehicle registration fee for persons who have claimed and received a grant under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act applies to special plates for retired members of the United States Armed Forces displayed on specified vehicles (as well as to standard plates and special plates for persons with disabilities displayed on those vehicles).
