CRONIN. New Act 30 ILCS 105/5.545 new Creates the End Stage Renal Disease Facility Act. Requires licensure of facilities that provide dialysis treatment or dialysis training to individuals with end stage renal disease by the Department of Public Health. Creates the End Stage Renal Disease Advisory Committee. Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the End Stage Renal Disease Facility Licensing Fund as a special fund in the State treasury.
