MOLARO. (MATHIAS) 730 ILCS 5/5-5-6 from Ch. 38, par. 1005-5-6 Amends the Unified Code of Corrections in relation to restitution. Provides that amounts collected by the clerk of the court, whether in lump sum or installments, after payment of fines and court costs, shall be used to satisfy the order of restitution before any other disbursements. Effective immediately.
