DELEO. 40 ILCS 5/18-112 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 18-112 Amends the Judges Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Authorizes judges to buy service credit for certain federal employment. Requires payment of employee (but not employer) contributions, based on the judge's salary at the time of first becoming a participant in the System, plus 4% interest. Effective immediately.
