MOLARO. 40 ILCS 5/9-121.6 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 9-121.6 30 ILCS 805/8.25 new Amends the Cook County Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that certain elected county officials may begin to receive a retirement annuity at age 55 with 10 years of service or age 60 with 8 years of service. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
