DILLARD. 40 ILCS 5/14-110 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-110 Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Allows certain persons who were employed by the Criminal Justice Information Authority (but not by any predecessor or successor agency) to perform duties under the Correctional Institutions Management Information System (CIMIS) program in positions in which they had routine contact with prisoners to convert their credit for that employment into eligible creditable service. Includes references to the Illinois Law enforcement Commission and the Stateville Manpower System. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of SB 255 cannot be determined but is ex- pected to be minor as both employee and employer contributions plus interest are required.
