DUDYCZ-CRONIN. 720 ILCS 5/26-4 from Ch. 38, par. 26-4 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides an exemption to a statute prohibiting unlawful videotaping, photographing, or filming of a person without that person's consent in restrooms, tanning beds, tanning salons, locker rooms, changing rooms, hotel bedrooms, or at the person's residence for a private investigator licensed in Illinois acting within the scope of his or her employment, provided that the videotaping, photographing or filming is otherwise lawful. Effective immediately.
