   720 ILCS 5/12-10          from Ch. 38, par. 12-10                           

        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Makes the offense of tattooing      
   the body of a minor a Class A misdemeanor (rather  than  a  Class  C).      
   Effective immediately.
