DANIELS-KOSEL-COULSON-FEIGENHOLTZ-HAMOS, BASSI, BELLOCK, 
   BROSNAHAN, COWLISHAW, KRAUSE, MULLIGAN, POE AND STEPHENS.

        Directs the Secretary of Human Services  to  work  with  agencies      
   providing  community  integrated living arrangements (CILAs) to review      
   the current CILA rate model and payment methodology.
