O'CONNOR-KOSEL-MULLIGAN-HASSERT-COULSON, WINKEL, BERNS, 
   MYERS,RICHARD, BOST, MITCHELL,BILL, WIRSING, POE, KLINGLER AND WAIT.

        Resolves that the Governor reduce the  increase  in  the  premium      
   subsidy   that  annuitants  and  dependents  pay  under  the  Teachers      
   Retirement Insurance Program that has been proposed by the  Department      
   of  Central  Management Services and that a TRIP Funding Task Force be      
   established to study the current shortfall.
