BOLAND-SLONE-MCGUIRE-FOWLER. 410 ILCS 315/2 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 22.12 Amends the Communicable Disease Prevention Act. Requires the Department of Public Health to promulgate rules and regulations requiring immunization of children against specified diseases and requiring the reporting of immunizations to the Department of Public Health. Provides that the Department of Public Health compile an annual statistical report concerning required immunizations. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) House Bill 5868 will create only a minimal fiscal impact on the Department of Public Health. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Replaces amendatory provisions concerning the compilation of an annual statistical report regarding the immunization status of Illinois children. Provides that the report shall not exceed 3 pages (instead of 1 page) in length and shall be submitted to the General Assembly.
