   720 ILCS 5/21-3           from Ch. 38, par. 21-3                            

        Amends the Criminal  Code  of  1961.  Provides  that  a  trespass      
   committed  on  property  that  is  a  water  filtration station, water      
   pumping station, electrical transfer  station,  electrical  generation      
   facility, natural gas facility, or other utility facility is a Class 4      
   felony (rather than a Class B misdemeanor). Effective immediately.          
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE (Department of Corrections)                        
          Fiscal impact and impact on the corrections population would         
          be minimal from HB 5611.
