   720 ILCS 5/26-4           from Ch. 38, par. 26-4                            

        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  In the  provisions  concerning      
   unauthorized  videotaping, adds to the list of exemptions videotaping,      
   photographing, and filming by representatives of a news medium for the      
   purpose of newsgathering. Effective immediately.
