DAVIS,MONIQUE.

   735 ILCS 5/2-202          from Ch. 110, par. 2-202                          
   735 ILCS 5/9-117          from Ch. 110, par. 9-117                          

        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure.  Provides  that  in  counties      
   with a population of 1,000,000 or more, in forcible entry and detainer      
   cases  only,  process may be served, without special appointment, by a      
   person who is licensed or registered as a private detective under  the      
   Private  Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act      
   of 1993 or by a registered employee  of  a  private  detective  agency      
   certified  under that Act.  Provides that a judgment for possession in      
   a forcible entry and detainer action may not be enforced more than 180      
   (instead of 90) days after it is entered.
