   225 ILCS 207/15                                                             
   225 ILCS 207/35                                                             

        Amends the Commercial and Public Building Asbestos Abatement Act.      
   Requires licensure for persons acting  as  consultants.  Exempts  from      
   licensure  as a consultant an employee of a local education agency who      
   is  that  local  education  agency's  designated   person.   Effective      
   immediately.
