HARTKE.

   625 ILCS 5/3-102          from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-102                       

        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that no title               
   certificate is necessary for a trailer, semitrailer, or converter           
   dolly regularly engaged in interstate transportation of persons or          
   property. Deletes language providing that no certificate is required        
   for apportionable trailers and semitrailers registered in the State         
   before April 1, 1998.
