BRUNSVOLD-BOLAND. 230 ILCS 10/7 from Ch. 120, par. 2407 Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that the 3 riverboat licensees that are currently required to dock on the Mississippi River may dock in a municipality or an area of a county outside any municipality if that municipality or county borders the Mississippi River. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Deletes all substantive changes to the bill. Authorizes riverboat gambling in a municipality that borders the Mississippi River or in a municipality that is within 5 miles of the city limits of a municipality that has a riverboat conducting riverboat gambling operations on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly.
