   505 ILCS 110/2.113        from Ch. 5, par. 402.113                          

        Amends  the  Illinois  Seed  Law.  Provides   that   "false   and      
   mislabeling advertisement" includes all representation disseminated by      
   print, broadcast, and Internet media.  Effective immediately.               
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Agriculture)                              
          HB 3757 would not impose any additional cost upon the Depart-        
          ment of Agriculture.
