REITZ-SAVIANO. 720 ILCS 5/24-3.4 from Ch. 38, par. 24-3.4 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that the statute prohibiting the sale or delivery by a liquor licensee of a firearm in or on the real property of the establishment where the licensee is licensed does not apply when the licensed seller is primarily engaged in the business of selling tangible personal property at retail and the sale or delivery of the firearm is otherwise lawful. Effective immediately.
