Provides that if the schools of a district are closed for more than 15 school days because employees are on strike, then the school board must change its calendar for the school term to include an additional school day for each school day in which the schools were closed because of the strike. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
