BOLAND. 730 ILCS 5/5-6-3.1 from Ch. 38, par. 1005-6-3.1 Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Requires the court to order a defendant placed on court supervision for a DUI to install an ignition interlock device in any vehicle he or she owns or in an any vehicle to which he or she has access if, at the time of arrest, the defendant refuses to submit to a chemical test of his or her blood or breath or if the defendant submits to the test and the alcohol in his or her blood or breath is 0.17 or greater.
