MCGUIRE-FOWLER-FORBY-BOLAND.

   20 ILCS 2405/3            from Ch. 23, par. 3434                            

        Amends the Disabled  Persons  Rehabilitation  Act.   Increases  a      
   personal  care attendant's minimum hourly wage to $6 beginning July 1,      
   2000, and $7 beginning January 1, 2002.  Effective July 1, 2001.            
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Replaces the new 2000 and 2002 minimum hourly rates  with  an  $8      
   minimum  hourly  rate  beginning  July 1, 2001 and a $9 minimum hourly      
   rate beginning January 1, 2002.
