JOHNSON. 625 ILCS 5/11-501.2 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501.2 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, in DUI cases involving personal injury or death, hospital personnel must, upon request by a law enforcement officer, withdraw blood or obtain urine samples from the offender to determine the alcohol or drug content in his or her blood or urine.
