   35 ILCS 5/213 new                                                           

        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act.  Authorizes  certain  credits      
   for  purchase  or  lease of low-emission vehicles and electric vehicle      
   chargers and for conversion of a conventionally-fueled  vehicle  to  a      
   converted  vehicle.  Exempts the credits from the sunset provisions of      
   the Act.
