Increases the supplemental annuity payable to widows of policemen who die from an injury incurred in the line of duty. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of HB 1879 has not been calculated, but is estimated to be minor, as the number of widows who would qual- ify for the increased supplemental annuity is relatively small.
