   the Labor-Management Cooperation Committee.                                 
        5. in the Illinois Emergency Employment Development Act, the           
   Illinois Emergency Employment Development Coordinator.                      
        6. in the Illinois Manufacturing  Technology  Alliance  Act,  the      
   Illinois Manufacturing Technology Alliance.                                 
        7. in the Motor Fuel Tax Law, the Disadvantaged Business               
   Enterprise Program Advisory Committee.                                      
        8. in the Civic Center Code, the Lake County Metropolitan
